The looser fit is so comfortable, the socks stay in place and “do not” bunch up around ankle and do no cut off circulation. I definitely recommend these socks. Thank you Thorlo!"

- We do not make the diabetic sock in an over the calf length. The tallest height we offer would be the crew.
